Brandon A. Foskett, 26, Flint. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $275.

Jeremy R. Gruber, 31, Elkton. Let suspended person drive. Fines and costs $575.

Thomas M. Day-Herndon, 21, Sandusky. Operating-impaired. 12 months probation, substance abuse treatment. Fines and costs $1,263.

Amanda J. Turcott, 33, Port Huron. Attempted-motor vehicle-unlawful use. 30 days in jail, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $125.

Dominiek M. Weiss, 24, Harbor Beach. Stolen property-receiving and concealing more than $200 but less than $1,000. 30 days in jail, 6 months probation, restitution $150, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Jail term held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Fines and costs including restitution $965.

Bryan E. Nugent, 30, Sandusky. Disorderly person-jostling. 6 months probation, restitution held in abeyance, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $515.

Sarah L. Montroy, 45, Melvin. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor. 12 months probation, Sanilac County Mental Health treatment, reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $555.

Megan M. Ferranti, 29, Clinton Twp. Operating-impaired. 30 days in jail. Fines and costs $1,120.

Ryan C. Rankin, 38, Croswell. Disorderly person jostling. 6 months probation, anger management treatment. Fines and costs $515.

Mariah K. Rataj, 18, Croswell. Operating-impaired. 3 months probation, Alcohol Highway Safety Education program. Fines and costs $1,128.

Andrew L. Bastien, 21, Saginaw. Operating-no license/multiple licenses. Fines and costs $375.

Rhonda A. Brewer, 47, Port Huron. Allowing a suspended person to operate. Fines and costs $275.

Danielle L. Brown, 25, Carsonville. Attempted-disorderly person-drunk. 45 days in jail. Fines and costs $175.

Nicholas L. T. Rogers, 20, Silverwood. Allowing suspended person to operate. Reimburse county for court appointed attorney fees. Fines and costs $275.
